Everything homeowners usually ask us before, during, and after a window replacement — no pricing tricks, no fine print surprises.
Process & Timeline
How long does a window replacement actually take?+
Most homes are completed in a single day. Larger whole-home projects may take two days depending on window count and access. Your project advisor will give you a firm timeline during your in-home assessment.
What happens during the free in-home assessment?+
A project advisor evaluates your existing windows, checks for drafts and energy loss, and walks you through material and style options. There's no obligation, and no pressure to decide on the spot.
How is my exact measurement taken?+
Every opening is templated on-site to a ±1mm tolerance before your order is placed. This custom measurement is what prevents the gaps, drafts, and caulk-filled edges common with stock-sized replacements.
Do I need to be home during installation?+
We recommend having someone home for at least the start and end of the install, but it's not strictly required once access and expectations are confirmed with your project advisor in advance.
What's the mess like — do I need to prep my home?+
Our certified installation technicians clear and protect the work area, and clean up daily. Moving furniture, blinds, or window treatments away from the immediate work area ahead of time helps things move faster.
Warranty & Materials
What does the lifetime warranty actually cover?+
Every Everhome install is registered under a lifetime, transferable warranty covering glass, frame, and labor. If something's wrong, we own it — no runaround.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home?+
Yes. The warranty transfers to the new homeowner, which is also a selling point buyers respond well to.
What materials do you actually install?+
Every window ships with a reinforced fibrex composite frame and triple-pane, Low-E, argon-filled glass as the baseline — not an upgrade package. See the Windows page for the full spec sheet.
Who actually installs the windows — is it your own crew?+
We partner with a dedicated, certified installation team that works exclusively for Everhome projects — not a rotating pool of general subcontractors. Read more on our About page.
Cost & Financing
How much does a window replacement cost?+
Cost depends on window size, style, quantity, and site conditions, so we don't publish blanket pricing. Your project advisor will provide a firm, written quote during your free in-home assessment — no obligation to move forward.
Do you offer financing?+
Ask your project advisor about current financing options during your free assessment — availability and terms can vary.
Is the in-home assessment really free?+
Yes — no cost, no obligation. You'll walk away with a clear quote and a real understanding of your options either way.
Home Value & Performance
Will new windows actually lower my energy bills?+
Triple-pane, Low-E, argon-filled glass and a precision-fit frame reduce the drafts and heat transfer that drive up energy costs — especially compared to older single- or double-pane windows.
Does replacing windows actually help resale value?+
Window replacement is consistently one of the higher cost-recouping home improvement projects, and a transferable lifetime warranty is an added selling point buyers notice.
What service areas do you currently cover?+
We currently serve Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Pahrump, and Boulder City, Nevada, with more areas coming soon. See the About page for the full list.
